At Zavex, we do everything possible to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and under the best possible conditions.

We deliver to all cities and regions across Morocco through our delivery partners.

Major cities (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Fez, Agadir, etc.): 24 to 48 business hours.
Other regions: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the accessibility of the area.

Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM are generally prepared and shipped on the same day.

Shipping fees are displayed at the time you confirm your order.

Free shipping offers may be available during promotions or for orders above a certain purchase amount.

We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Morocco.

Payment is made directly to the delivery person when you receive your package.

We recommend checking the condition of your package upon delivery and immediately reporting any issues or irregularities.

After your order is confirmed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your delivery information.

You may also contact our customer service team at any time to request information about the status of your shipment.

If you are unavailable when the delivery person arrives, they will attempt to contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.

After several unsuccessful delivery attempts, or if the customer cannot be reached, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
